Ringmoor Stone Row and Cairns
Stretching for 356 metres across Ringmoor Down, northeast of Shaugh Prior and roughly 300 metres north of Brisworthy Stone Circle, the Ringmoor Stone Row is primarily composed of a single line of granite stones, though some short sections appear doubled. Many stones are missing or have fallen. At the southern end is a cairn circle, 12.6 metres in diameter, which encloses a central cairn 9.5 metres across and 0.4 metres high. The northern end of the row is marked by a standing stone about one metre tall. This monument is part of a broader prehistoric landscape that includes other stone rows, circles, and cairns, alongside remnants of medieval farming activity.
