What our clients say

Susan van Mil
Lydford Gorge: Walking through an enchanted forest, standing in the middle of the stream, completely absorbed in the feeling of stacking stones — as if nothing and no one else existed in the world. Afterwards, I kept walking with a self-made melody playing in my head. *The* place to return to someday. Wishman’s Woods: Feeling energy flow through me while lying on a moss-covered rock with a blanket. Very grounding and tangible. Woodhenge: Strangely different from Stonehenge — a lot of creativity and playfulness can be felt there.

"I’ve traveled to Scotland, Ireland, and Cornwall. All three were journeys that stayed with me for a long time, leaving behind a clear, positive feeling that lingered for weeks, even months after the trip. When I travel, I naturally do what feels right for me in the moment, without worrying about what others might think — something I sometimes struggle with in daily life. Especially in natural places, I find it very easy to slip into meditation, and the insights I experience there are deeper and remain relevant for much longer."

The trip through South Africa with Tjeerd was an impressive experience, and my most memorable moment was at the sacred site “Adam’s Calendar.” I was overwhelmed by the powerful energy I felt there, so I decided to sit quietly at the edge of the valley. I closed my eyes, and after a while, I felt completely absorbed by nature the birds, the clouds, the mountains, and the wind. Everything felt like one. Even now, when I think back to that place, I can still feel some of that happiness, that sense of oneness with everything. Such a beautiful journey! Kind regards, Anna Garssen

Scotland, Calanais, and England, Stonehenge: a strong connection with the cosmos. Becoming aware of being part of something greater — spanning all times — fills me with gratitude to be part of it, and gives me perspective on the arbitrary things I sometimes worry about. It helps me look at life with fresh eyes again. Bosnia (tunnels), Ireland (Croagh Patrick): experiencing my own spark, strength, and life energy. These places “awaken” that feeling again. Afterwards, I feel stronger, more vital, more present. Visiting these places is a gift, but what makes it truly special is that you can always return to them. The experience at a sacred site takes root in your consciousness and body like an invisible tattoo. You can reconnect with it every day and let the atmosphere and energy of that place flow through your body. Anouk Delsing

By visiting Stonehenge through Gofinisterra, I not only felt the power of the Earth (which I was already familiar with) but, for the first time, truly experienced the power of the universe. An enriching experience.

A trip to Scotland had been a deep wish of mine, and the opportunity came at exactly the right time. We visited sacred sites in Western Scotland and the Hebrides, guided by Tjeerd stone circles, natural sanctuaries, and other special places where time seems to stand still… or perhaps go on infinitely. Tjeerd’s guidance was wonderful and attuned. The guided meditations at each location were valuable and deeply enriching for me. Even though we visited many places, there was still enough time and space to fully experience the sacred sites and the breathtaking nature of Scotland. The group was lovely not too large, respectful, with room for humor and good coffee! In short, a journey I will always remember!
